Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

my stepfather passed away a week ago my mom is still alive my half sister and brother are taking the machinery off the farm and other things and selling them my mom is just letting them do what ever they want. She wants to sell the farm my half sister told me that my brother and i have no right to anything on that farm only they do my half sister isnt the executive of the account either. If my mom sells the farm they said they get one third of the money and we get zip do my brother and i have any leagal rights?
