Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

How to stop this eviction

My 2 young children and i are going to be evicted for no-payment, We are poor i finally work full-time and am trying to pay back the owed rent and have done all I can to get the money owed by taking my whole check to pay and applied to Social service for the rest. I have my part of the money but SS took a long time to decide, yesterday they decided but the landlord is saying no, now he wants the next months rent at the same time. When he sends me another eviction it will be the second one, but he hasnt done it yet. Is he obligated to take the money after the time that the judge set even though there is no marshall's eviction yet?

If the landlord won't accept the money and you have the outstanding rent, go to court and do an Order to Show Cause. Bring the proof that you have your share and that DSS is going to pay so that you can show the Judge. The court will likely stop the eviction.
