tenant not paying rent.

i have a tenant in my office . i rented her one room in my office without any written lease. now she is not paying me rent. so tell me how can i remove her from my office

ASK your tenant to leave by a date certain. Ask tenant if there is anything you can do to help insure that she leaves by agreed upon date.

Consider an L&T Court Action, only as a last resort, that you want to avoid, if you can.

I would reccomend asking her to leave by a certain date, maybe give her a few weeks so that you may avoid initiating legal action which is the only way she can be evicted if she does not leave voluntarily.
