Timeshares

How can i get out from under this bad purchase. I bought a timeshare at nottingham village in the catskills. The company knowingly sold me a week in which they are closed. I pay a maint. Fee and no maint. Is performed. Each time i visit, the same repairs are needed. Currently the timeshare sales are discountinued.

If the timeshare sold you a week in which they are closed, you may be able to void the contract because there was "no consideration" for the purchase.

Other than a lawyer's letter you would have to commence an action in State Supreme Court to rescind or void the contract.
