transfer name of co-op

i lived will cousin for about 8 years.we shared everything.she was hosiptalized for 1 year. she passed 12/06 and i keap up payments for that year and still doing so.co-op in her name only.can my name be transfered to co-op and loan

Did your cousin leave a will?

How are the shares in the co-op titled?

Are you the closest surviving relative?

If not, are the closest living relatives willing to let you take over their possible inheritance?

Finally, will the co-op board approve you as an owner?
