Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Transfer Title
During purchase of burial plot wrong person placed on title. Have transfer forms for ''wrong'' person to sign and notorize. Place on form for ''consideration.'' I would like to be truthful and put zero but must there be consideration (i.e. $1) for contract to be valid?
