Can a person file a UCC, on shares of a Co-op, in New York City, for monies unpaid?

If there is a security agreement in place, and the security agreement allows the creditor to file a UCC-1, than a UCC statement may be filed against shares of a cooperative located in NYC. Of course, the UCC-1 must be subordinate to the lien filed by the coop and the bank (if any).
