Still unaware of hot to collect money from foreclosure surplus

Any or all help is appreciated..my co-op was offficialy foreclosed on last Nov. There is approx. 60,000 in excess (not including all the fees and things) and i have not heard anything from the bank or anybody..Could someone instruct me the best way to find out A) How much money is left over from the whole proceeding..B)How do i go about by getting any extra money that is left over from the whole foreclosure..I was depressed and didnt want to face any of this, but almost a year now and i dont know anything more than i did when it occured...Any information on how-to's and what my steps should be would be greatly appreciated. TY
