Unconditional Release from contract

I was told if want to get out of real estate contract with Foxton's to obtain a ''unconditional release'' and if not granted to report them to State of NY. My Contract with them ends Mar/30/07. What is the best way to get out of this contract with this real estate co. Please advise

Tell them that you want to delist the house and take it off the market. If you then sell to a buyer that they brought to you, you will be obliged to them for the money within their time frame. But much depends on the wording of the contract.
