Unmarketable Title
Mortage lender and Title company
registered wrong sect and lot. Property is two section only one registered. Property is in foreclosure. I cannot sell or refinance property. Mortgage lender
and title company refuse to negotiate. Current attorney has injunction stopping sale and filed lawsuit against mortgage lender.
What are my options? Should I continue the lawsuit?

Since you mention that you are represented by counsel it would be unethical to comment on your matter.
You have legitimate concerns and these should be addressed to your current attorney.
