vacated judgment of foreclosure

when a bank vacates the judgment of foreclosure is the referee deed that they filed also vacated as well. foreclosure sale has been dismissed by the court so is that deed no longer valid? or do they have to file additional paperwork

Usually the deed is invalidated as well as part of the vacate order. Request a copy of the order to determine if the deed has in fact been invalidated. Otherwise, the bank can simply sign a deed transferring the property back to you.
