My wife just bailed out my step-daughter. As sole owner of my house, can someone put a lien on my house even though I had nothing to do with the bail?

Only if it was pledged as security for the bail.

Not if you did not participate by pledging your house as security. You wife, not being an owner, cannot use your house as security.
