Wife and deed on house

How do I add my wife to the deed and mortgage on my home? I have owned the house for 6 years, and recently got married. I'd like to add my wife to both the deed and the mortgage, how do I go about doing this?

Adding your wife by a new deed is simple. Adding her to the mortgage is not and I would reccommend that you not do that as you might affect your rate
