My wife owns the co-op that we presently live in. i, the husband don't own it. in her "will" her children, not mine, will inherit her co-op but she would like me to keep living there in her co-op after she dies. then after i die the children can recieve it. q: can her wish that i can still live in her co-op and pay the maintenance bills until i die be added to her "will" ? j.f.

Absolutely, unless the coop shares are already owned jointly with her children.

A. Yes. However, if possible, I would add the language to the cooperative shares instead. A will may be contested. It would be very difficult to contest your wife's added language to the shares.
