Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My soon to be ex wife, have not been able to start a divorce yet, but at somepoint she secrtly forged my name and signed over my car tittle to her self, i found out when i tried to register the car. What can i do about this i just paid to get it fixed right before finding out and desperatly need the car as quick as possible. I live in suffulk county, ny.... Is there anything i can do to fix this and what is the fastest option other than doin what she did and signing her name on it so it gets signed back to me id rather not risk thT problem

If you do what she did, you will be guilty of fraud as your soon to be ex wife is for forging your signature. I see no legal way around your suing her and getting an order from a Judge requiring the NYS MVB to change the title back.
