will video stand up in court

we have put video cameras on our home in hopes to stop the damage that was being done and in hope to catch the person..will these videos hold up in court

By "hold up in court," I assume you mean whether the video will be admissible as evidence. Of course, that depends upon what is captured on the video; however, if you have captured something on tape that is relevant to the issues at hand -- say you captured someone on video breaking into your home and stealing things -- I see no reason why that would not be admissible.
