Legal Question in Securities Law in New York
assets and viability
My financial group is being sued, by a # of persons, currently in New York Eastern Court for return of asests. Do I need to file a lawsuit on my behalf to salvage my asests or will court decisions in the other lawsuits offer me protection or some renumerastion
