Legal Question in Securities Law in New York
I'd like to know if I have a claim against HRBLOCK. I started a (gov't insured) ROTH IRA in '06/'07. It was locked in at a permanent 8% interest rate over the life of the investment. On this year's annual report, it did NOT show that I was getting the interest OR that there were ANY gains. Have I been bilked out of monies I was due?

Try to resolve it by contacting HR Block directly. The investment you allude to makes absolutely no sense; I certainly have not heard of any such investment or purported interest rate.
