deed of house
House is in my name and land, my ex lived with me for 11 years, put money in also I borrowed money for him using my equity in house, now he left me with all the bills, he is suing me for half, is he entitled

He might have a colorable claim -- meaning he can move forward with it but you can likely force a settlement against his debts to you. You should retain counsel IMMEDIATELY if he has served you -- you have a very limited time to reply to a complaint.
