Legal Question in Securities Law in New York
Income beneficiary to irrevocable trust
The value of the trust that I recieve income from has dropped in value from $1.6mm to $1.1mm. Bank of America manages the account. With the disbursement of hundreds of millions in bonuses paid to Merrill Lynch execs (owned by B of A), do I stand a chance at recourse?

Without reviewing your records it would be impossible for us to properly evaluate your possible claim. We would need to know what your risk tolerance and account objectives; when you opened your account; what you were invested in as well as what period of time did your losses occur. Please call our office to discuss your legal rights. Thank you.
