my sister and brother inherited my parents rental property and now my brother is dead. Do my sister and I share the proceeds among ourselves or are my brothers two children entitled to his share?

This depends on where the property is located and whether there was a last will and testament in effect (otherwise intestacy provisions apply.) Real property generally is determined in the state where it is located unless a trust or other legal instrument is in effect.
