Legal Question in Securities Law in New York
Legal forms
Are legal forms legal?
I must have Power of Attorney for my very ill daughter who is not able or willing to handle the money that she needs for her care.

Re: Legal forms
Properly prepared and executed legal forms can create, in certain circumstances, certain legal rights. To avoid problems that can arise from technical defects in the preparation and/or execution of legal forms, I strongly urge you contact a family lawyer, or a trusts and estates lawyer in your county. A Power of Attorney may or may not be enough for your circumstances. It is imperative that you speak to a lawyer who routinely does this kind of work.
