How do I actually get an attorney to prioritize my case? Been trying to get one for almost 2 years!

Try finding another attorney, but discuss the case first and find out what is delaying things.

this all depends on your case, and what the issues at hand are... some cases by nature take lengthy periods of time to complete... the other question would be ensure you have a privately retained attorney, this withut question usually moves any process along much faster.
