Is there a statue of limitiations that a 23 year could sue her father for cashing in her bond that would have matured in 2004 (She would have been 20 yrs old not 21 when the bond was due

Statutes of limitations for various causes of action vary. You do not indicate whether the bond was in joint name, held in trust, the nature of the bond, how the bond was acquired, or the dollar amount of the bond. You do not indicate what happened to the proceeds. In other words, it is not clear what your claim would be, and thus, without a complete understanding of the claim (or even whether there is one), one cannot indicate what limitations period applies.
