Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York
I would like to know if I need to go through the EEOC.....to file a harassment case
Against my employer .....it has been over 300 days ........but at this point it is getting worse
My employer is very powerful ............so I would like to discuss the issue with a lawyer
To make sure im doing the right thing.....as jobs are hard to come by .........in this economy
The charges started out as ...well......still are are definitely criminal ..........it seems to me now I am salted to terminated .........as they are simply making up lie and using deception to do it........last month it led to my suspension............I am part of a union .......however .....I rather Handle this with the labor dept......as it seems ........they refuse to give me the FMLA policy .........for a specific reason............I have been there for eight years .....two years ago ....it all started with the covering up of a two year harassment by a coworker ...........wow
Anyway. ............thx for your time .....the story is too long .......anyway
