Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

What if I believe my harasser mis trying to get me fired by picking on me for ev

I recently complained about my Manager because of unwanted sexual comments and gestures. Since the complaint there have been a series of incidents which have lead the ''upper management'' to call me on.

I feel that I am being unfairly picked on by my Manager in order for him to get me fired. He is aware that I am the person who complained about him and I feel that he is angry and wants revenge.

I have suffered a miscarriage and gone through an incredible amount of stress due to this situation. I want to take action. Please Help.

How you should proceed depends on the result you want to achieve. If you don't care about keeping your job and just want to make the company pay, your response will be different than if you want to stay with the company but want the conditions to improve.

Either way, you should have representation.
