Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

harrassment in the work place.

I have faced harassment at work both sexual and abusive. I have gone to the person's superiors and am curious to the next step I should take and how I should persue a lawsuit.

Because sexual harassment cases are so fact-specific, you really need to sit down with an attorney, disclose all of the facts and have the attorney make a recommendation for action.
