Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

my husband who is 27 yrs old is bieng accused of touching her niece who is 15 yrs old. she said that my husband touched her in her leg and arm , but now the report says that she said that he touched her vaginal area, what can i do to help my husband b/c i know its no true ???

Your husband should immediately contact a criminal defense attorney as the niece's allegations could lead to criminal charges being placed against him.
