Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Male Boss Harrass Male Employee

I'm a straight male, working for a gay male. Recently, after a work-related dinner, he was intoxicated and unzipped my pants several times, untucked the back of my shirt several times so he could put his hand on my back, licked my neck several times and told me to come back to his apt and he wouldn't tell ''My secret.'' Well, the fact is that I'm straight, he knows it, I've known him for 8 years. I don't know what to do at this point. My company is small and he is best friends with the HR person. I plan to quit my job, but is there anything I can do legally?

You need to tell him to stop. You need to file complaint with HR and if they do nothing or there is retaliation and whatever they do does not fix the problem then you file complaint with NY Human Rights. Quitting your job will only hurt your case and will leave next straight male subject to same actions.
