my mother was exually harrased at work and i wan tto know what we can do about i

My mother was sexually harassed at work and she reported it and nothing got done about it. the guy was still there that day and continued to harrass her. she told her boss and was crying . sh e continued to be harassed a few times after the fact they never fired him and he continued to work there and bother her. what are her rights and what can she do?
