previous sex,age discrimination and harassment
Is there a statue of limitations on filing a charge against a person who is now retired from my job but while employed sexually harassed, etc a co worker. I am located in NY

Yes, there is a statue of limitations and it expires under federal law on the 180 days following the last discriminatory event. The limitation period is extended to 1 year with the intersection of federal and state laws. Please note that anti-discrimination laws prohibit discrimination by an employer and they cannot be used for personal action against an employee.
