Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

A manager of mine has been giving me a hard time at work he has sent pornographic images via e-mail a friend and boy friend have coaught him looking at me in a staring manner and also he has chastized me usiong and i quote ''Get off you'r lazy ass and do you'r job'' is this justified cause to seek and attourney and get more detailed help?What can be done ?I have also been removed from normal bus run and dose not look like i will get it back at all ? Please help.I also did not get my apropiate raise this year even thought i meet all requiremets and recived two awards for attendence and performance. Thank you for you'r time.

If you are a Union member file a grievance. If not, the first step, if the company employs at least 4 employees is to contact the NYS Div. of Human Rights. www.NYSDHR.com
