Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

I reported workplace harassment by a supervisor to higher up supervisors in an informal manner several times and then in a formal manner in which an investigation was supposedly conducted. The harassment took place between dept chair and teacher in a high school setting. The harassment did not stop. I formally reported again and requested a transfer to a different building and in a different position so as not to have to be around the harasser anymore. I was given the transfer and position change and was promised a formal investigation. 90 days has since passed and I have not been notified regarding the results fo the investigation. I feel that my employer has not handled this situation in an appropriate manner, and I had to pay the price by moving and changing positions. I needed to make the harassment stop as I was suffering serve anxiety attacks and depression. What are my legal rights?

It appears that your employer is doing what the law requires. I would suggest that you seek counseling at the employers expense and access what monetary damages or loss of future earnings or advancement opportunities the transfer may have caused to your career.
