Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Sexual discrimination/harassment

My supervisor has made sexual remarks to me about certain female staff members. To end the comments, I disclosed the fact that I was gay. Since then, he has called me a sissy a frigging girl and a little faggot. I have given three weeks notice because I took another job. I was unable to stay because he made it clear that he was going to make it difficult for me. Do I have a case against this man?

Re: Sexual discrimination/harassment

I believe you do have a case.

Contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission immediately. In any case under Title VII, you must first file a charge with the EEOC before proceeding in court.
