Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

sexual harassment and quid pro quo

I was wondering my rights to sue for sexual harassment and quid pro quo from my old first sergeant in the army . I was in the army now im not and he is getting court martialed cant I sue ?

The Feres doctrine would PROBABLY still bar

you from sueing the military but you could of

course sue him personally. Does he have any

money? Otherwise it is sort of an empty

victory.
