Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Sexual Harassment in school
My daughter was sexual assualted in her school by another male student in a higher grade. I would to know if i can sue the school and what are my option .

We are awaiting the pending U.S. Supreme Court

decision on this issue, as far as Federal law is

concerned. Depending on the circumstances, you

may have a cause of action under New York State

law and if the school is in New York City, under

the Administrative Code.
