Sexual Harassment

I was wondering how I would go about filing a sexual harassment complaint against someone in the work place. What steps I need to follow.

Re: Sexual Harassment

Before you can bring a lawsuit, you are required to "exhaust all administrative remedies." That simply means you must file a charge with the EEOC within 300 days of the act complained of. You should also explore whatever internal complaint procedures exist at your employer.

I would be happy to discuss the process with you; please feel free to call me at (212) 973-0839 or email me directly.
