Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Sexual Harassment at the Work place

I have been sexually discriminated against at my previous employer. I have previously confronted my boss about these issues, and nothing was done to resolve these issues. I contacted my HR dept. Nothing has been done about this issue. It has been almost three months since I have been in contact with the HR dept. I have been calling them, and seldom they have been returning my calls when I am not at home. What steps should I take to resolve this matter. I want something done, and I want to be fairly compensated for this type of treatment. Can you help me, or point me in the right direction? It just so happens that I am a homosexual male. It seems as if this issue is being swept under the rug.

Thank you for your time and consideration

It's unclear from your post whether you are still employed by the company. There are a number of things that can be done, but an email is not the appropriate method to convey them. You are welcome to call for a free consultation.
