Sexual harassment in the workplace

how long do you have to file a sexual harassment suit against a company? I was also asked by an HR district manager as to weather or not it really happened and I denied it twice- for fear of retaliation from the actual individual. does this hurt my case? can it help my case?

Denial never helps a client. It can be explained away but it doesn't help nearly as much as an outcry witness does close to the time of the incident.
