Sexual Harassment In The Workplace

I believe i have been sexually harassed at my workplace and i have gone to the mangers and have told them what is going on. I feel very uncomfortable in the same room as this guy and i have even mentioned that but he is still working there...is there anything i can do about that?...I thought there was a Zero policy of sexual harassment in the work place?!?!

As you know, there are laws against sexual harassment, but the law does not require that the alleged harasser be automatically fired. If you complained about it then an investigation should be conducted and appropriate measures taken following the conclusion of their investigation. You are welcome to call for a free phone consult.
