sexual harrassment(work)
can management force a woman to write a statement against her will about the male offender- evan though she's afraid of being retaliated against by the offender. (management is using the woman to fire the individual)

You cannot be forced to do anything.
You do not need to make false statement.
But understand they can threaten your job.
