sexual misconduct
A family member was accused of sexual misconduct of a teenage family member. The bail was set at $100,00. The authorities picked him up from work. What does sexual misconduct mean v.s. statutory rape or molest etc. Misconduct?

This is criminal law as distinct from employment discrimination. It is a different level of criminal offense then statutory rape.
