Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

An incident on the bus where a
12 year old female pushes into a
13 year old male- pushes him into the wall of the bus. The 13y/o male
nudges her to get off him and move over. The 12 y/o female reacts and lashes out at the 13 y/o's face; covering his face he is cut across his hand-bleeding in five places the male asks the female, in shock- what is wrong with her flat chested!
Is the initial moving in the seat making the male uncomfortable sexuall harrassment? There is assalt, from the female when she hit the male, was it assalt when she pushed in on top of him? Is it sexual harassment when the male responded after being assalted?

I do not see a sexual harassment claim in this situation.

I do, however, see assault in the pushing and the cutting.

Were the police informed of the incident?
