Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

supervisor told peers about my charges

I have been accused of sexual harrasment by hear say that was proved unfounded. since then my supervisor has told my equal peers about what happen. What is the companys responsibilty to me at this point since my supervisor is breaking the law and being unprofessional.
