Legal Question in Social Security Law in New York

My Green card says i am 3 years older than i really am, i want to get a drivers license but i dont want to use the wrong information. My school records says that i am 16, but my Green card says that i am 19. In January i want to apply to scholorships because i will be going to college soon, but i have problems with my green card. What can i do?...HELP!
