Legal Question in Social Security Law in New York
Retirement benifit
Am I entitled to any retirement benifit having lived and worked in the US for 3 year? Two of which were done in the Army.
What other benifits am I entitled to?

An interesting question. If you worked in the US persuant to legal right (employment visa or permanent resident status) and you paid into 'Social Security', then the answer is 'yes'. However, most foreign workers do not pay social security and do not establish eligibility.
