Not filing taxes
I have not filed my federal tax returns in almost four years, mainly out of irresponsibility. I believe though that in all of the past four years that I would have received a refund. Do I need to get a lawyer and file these back taxes? I want to make sure that I am not doing anything illegal.

Re: Not filing taxes
IF THERE ARE REFUNDS DUE, ANY POSSIBLE PENALTIES WOULD BE MINIMAL. I SUGGEST GETTING THEM FILED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, CONTACT ME DIRECTLY, AS I ALSO PREPARE RETURNS, INCLUDING CLIENTS WHO FILE IN NY.
