Mt aunt passed away in 2021 and was the executor of her estate. I filed her 2021 and 2022 taxes but I received a letter from New York tax board saying she might be owed a refund from 2020 for which they say she didn't file taxes. Am I liable in case she I owes?

You are not liable personally but her estate will be so in your capacity as executor you will be liable if you distribute estate and fail to pay any taxes due. I suggest you try to file the missing return.
