Tax Lien
My ex-husband's salary has been attached by the IRS for failure to file a tax return for 1994 and 1997. As a result of this lien, he will be unable to pay his court ordered child support. Is there anything I can do to obtain my child support from the IRS.
Kind regards.

Re: Tax Lien
Your ex husband should get to a good tax attorney to have the levy lifted and the taxes dealt with. He can work out a payment so that he can pay child support.
