Tax Return
My wife filed Turbo Tax without my knowledge. She did not have all my W-2's. She then cashed the return check and deposited all that in he own checking account. What are my legal rights.

It really depends on what you want to do. You can simply amend the return. However, if you are thinking about divorce or want to separate your tax liability, you may want to file your own return and seek innocent spouse relief. Steve Klitzner.
